Born from a real problem
When UAD 3.6 requirements rolled out, appraisers across the country saw their workdays explode. What used to take an hour of data entry now takes five or six. The forms grew from 1-2 pages to 16 pages of detailed fields.
We talked to dozens of appraisers and heard the same story: "I'm spending more time on data entry than actually appraising."
That's backwards. Your expertise is in understanding properties and markets—not in copying data between websites and forms. So we set out to build tools that handle the tedious parts while keeping you in control of the important decisions.
